Archtop Jazz - Model MRK02A

Beautiful light rose colored Archtop Guitar. Both top and back are hand carved to violin luthier build standards. Hard case and Free Shipping included. The MRK02A hand crafted Full Body Archtop guitar is detailed in Ebony and Walnut trim. The headstock is hand carved and detailed with a beautiful rose shell inlay. Finger board details include pewter inlay position markers in the traditional MRKArtistry layout. Hand crafted from "AAA" quality Sitica spruce bear-claw front plate. The back, sides and neck are all crafted from "AAA" quality highly flamed maple wood. Old Luthier techniques were used for this build that include hand carving of the top and back plate and old school sounding techniques used by top quality instrument builders. The arching is high, providing an enhanced sound performance. Bridge – Adjustable post Ebony. Hard case included.

Guaraneri model Violin MRK01V-0520

This violin is very responsive and holds up easily to the demands of any advanced player. Hand crafter from European tone woods of exceptional quality and appearance. The back sides and neck are crafted from highly flamed, close grained maple wood. The top plate was hand carved from a two piece “AAA” quality spruce wood that was in our inventory for over 20 years. Finish was applied using spirit varnish hand rubbed and polished to a high luster. Old Luthier techniques were used for this build that include hand carving of the top and back plate along with old school sounding techniques used by top quality instrument builders. The arching is high, providing a deep and enhanced sound performance. Sound Bar – spruce. Blocking, kerfling and brace material – Sitica spruce. Finger board, pegs, tail piece and chinrest – Ebony. Bridge – Professional quality maple. Strings – Vision Titanium synthetic core. Finish material – Spirit varnish. Case – German Town Suspension case with straps and padding. Bow – Artino Braided carbon fiber 4/4/ size BF-21.

Antique Hand Built Stradivarius Model Violin circa 1973

This hand-crafted Stradivarius model violin was built by a master violin builder, my Grandfather Joe, in 1973. It carries a strong, crisp, bright sounding voice with a touch of brilliance. The finish on this violin has unique antique aging, evident in the top plate finish with micro fractures in the varnish. This violin is very responsive and holds up easily to the demands of any player. Hand crafted from European tone woods of exceptional quality and appearance. The one piece back sides and neck are crafted from highly flamed, close grained maple wood. The top plate was hand carved from a two piece "AAA" quality spruce wood. Finish was applied using oil varnish hand rubbed and polished to a beautiful luster. Old Luthier techniques were used for this build. The arching is moderate and to model specifications.
